Abstract: Marine protected areas (MPAs) is a territory characterized by legitimately the administration or nearby groups, for example, fisheries associations, less affected by human exercises, for example, land use or fisheries in contrast with neighboring territories. Some little MPAs are viable to enhance fisheries resources of sessile organisms like sea urchin that is utilized encompassing the MPAs. Trawl nets or handbag seine nets in a wide territory are managed in some seaward MPAs. Interestingly, mobile MPAs that areas are not spatially settled might be successful for transitory species like fishes. Fisheries and bringing forth grounds regularly move from year to year. Satellite information is likely valuable to distinguish producing ground for every year.
